Scriblive

Terms

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you order an episode. We've kept them short and plain. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Who we are

Scriblive is a product by Alconost, operated and sold by Alconost Inc., 66 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 505-C, Alexandria, VA 22314, USA, a Commonwealth of Virginia company. Questions: studio@alconost.com or the chat with @ScribliveBot.

What you get

A 45-second cartoon episode made from a photo of your child's drawing, delivered as a video in your Telegram chat. The episode is our creative take on the drawing and the story you share: we keep the drawing recognisable, wobbly lines and all, but it isn't a frame-by-frame copy.

Ordering and paying

Delivery

Episodes usually arrive within an hour of payment. If one is running late, we'll tell you in the chat and keep you posted.

Fair use

Please don't use Scriblive to send anything unlawful or harmful, other people's photos, or content that isn't yours to share, and don't try to misuse the bot, payments or promo codes. We may stop serving anyone who does.

Our responsibility

We do our best to make every episode lovely and to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Beyond those, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Let's talk first: most things are solved quickly in the chat.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you pay is the one that applies to that order.
